On February 14th, Ronald Edward Rebish was reunited with his parents, John and Theresa Rebish, and the Lord. Born on October 14, 1945 in San Francisco,
Ron lived in Dillon, Montana where he met his beloved wife, Barbara Jean Sturm. They settled in Tacoma, Washington to raise their children Craig and Gwen. In retirement, Ron and Barb settled in Hailey, Idaho. on’s great joy were his grandchildren, Cameron and Lauren, through them he saw life as a daily gift.
A talented artist in woodworking who loved nothing more than to construct projects that had meaningful impact and would bring wonder to others. Ron’s personality was larger than life; those who met him were left with a lasting legacy of inspiration, courage and humor. A lifelong friend, teammate, coach, teacher and mentor who kept relationships close to his heart.
Ron emulated life and planning a party, he adopted the phrase OTT; Over The Top. His joy was in seeing others laugh, smile and celebrate. His beautiful life will be celebrated July 20, 2019 in Hailey Idaho, where his legacy will be honored by laughs, memories and toasts.
