Marian French

Marian French, born Marian Lee Davies on Nov. 11, 1939 in Los Angeles, Ca. passed from this life early in the morning light of the full moon on March 31, 2018, six days after suffering a stroke. She is survived by loving friends and family who admired her remarkable courage and deep inner strength throughout the challenging final years of her life. She favored simplicity and quality over quantity, outdoor activity, fresh mountain air and good books. A great listener, she was appreciated for her straightforward wisdom and guidance and her desire to help and encourage. Her presence will be held forever in the hearts of those who loved her.

A celebration of life for Marian French (wife of Charley) will be held Friday afternoon, May 18, from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church on Sun Valley Road, in Sun Valley.
