Dorothy Lynn Judd, age 54, of Hailey, Idaho, passed away peacefully on February 4th surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy was born in Sun Valley, Idaho and raised in Clayton, Idaho, where her deep connection to nature and the outdoors began. Throughout her life, she cherished the simple pleasures of life and found joy in nature, dogs, gardening, good food and drinks, and art.
Dorothy's memory will be forever cherished by her beloved husband, Paul Dupuis, her three adoring children, Colton Jones, Allie Jones, and Shyla Acosta, her grandchild Matius Slane, son-in-laws Samuel Acosta, and Matthew Slane, Father-in-law Thomas Dupuis, sister-in-law Shelly Dupuis, and her dog Hank. Her legacy lives on through the love and guidance she provided to her family, shaping them into the remarkable individuals they are today.
She is also survived by her older sister, Michelle Judd, and her older brother, James C. Judd, who will always hold dear the memories of their shared experiences and the bond they held with Dorothy.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her father, James R. Judd , her mother, Betty Judd, her brother, Vernon Judd, and her nephew, Blake Judd. While she will be deeply missed, Dorothy's spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Dorothy's warm smile, compassionate heart, and love for life will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives she touched.
A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held in Ketchum, Idaho, at The Presbyterian Church of the Bigwood on Saturday, February 17th at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Camp Rainbow Gold in honor of Dorothy's passion for nature and support of cancer.
Dorothy Lynn Judd will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty of nature she so dearly loved.
