Marold Joseph Dilworth
Marold Joseph Dilworth, age 103, passed from this life on February 12, 2014 in Gooding, Idaho. He was born in Carey, Idaho on December 8, 1910. He was the son of parents Joseph Gibbons Dilworth and Miriam Pendleton Howard Dilworth. He attended school in Carey, Idaho. He served a mission for his church in the southern states mission from January 20, 1935 to February 20, 1937. Upon returning from his mission he met Viola Newman and they were married in the Salt Lake City LDS temple on February 2, 1938. They became the parents of 10 children, seven boys and three girls.
He was preceded in death by his wife Viola Dilworth, his parents Joseph G. Dilworth and Miriam Pendleton Dilworth, his siblings Vida Dilworth, Stanley Dilworth, Emily Dilworth Bell, Leah Dilworth Nielsen, Melvin Dilworth, Orvis Dilworth. He was also preceded in death by two sons Thomas Dilworth and John Lorin Dilworth, one grandson Eric Orin Dilworth, and two great-grandchildren Patrick Joseph Smith and Camilla Alexis DeLeo.
He is survived by one sister Leora Adams and eight children: Joseph Dilworth, LeGrand Dilworth, Maria Higley, Orin Dilworth, Reed Dilworth, Anette Christiansen, Milan Dilworth and Lorna Dilworth, 42 grandchildren, 119 great-grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
