Lance graduated from Sky Line High School in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1980. He has been a long time resident of Hailey, Idaho.
Lance is survived by his mother Nancy Buterbaugh of Salt Lake City, UT, sister Kimberly Buterbaugh Andrews (James Andrews) of St. Louis, MO, brother Marc Buterbaugh of Salt Lake City, UT, nieces and nephews Alyson, Amelia and Anna of St. Louis, MO, and Austin of Salt Lake City, UT and many friends.
Lance was preceded in death by his father Jim G. Buterbaugh.
