Bradley D. Billger

July 7, 1948 — July 8, 2024

Bradley Douglas Billger passed from this world in early July 2024. He is survived by his wife Anna Billger, and his two brothers, Thomas M. Billger, and Gordon J. Billger, Jr. (Jay). Bradley was quite a guy. He was named after General Douglas McArthur and General Omar Bradley, military leaders of great ability in the 2 World War and the Korean Conflict. Brad was born on July 7, 1948 in Greenville, Pa. He had two crowns on his head. His grandmother Susie would say, "you have two crowns, you will be rich."

Brad, as we called him, was an outspoken boy and seemed to always know what to do. He had a commanding authoritative voice. He was very proactive. I admired that, and I believe Tom did as well. Brad lived with his family in Greenville, Pa., Mt. Lebanon, Pittsburgh, Pa. and Palo Alto, California, where he received his secondary education. Bradley was a Cub Scout, and a Boy Scout. He was a good outdoorsman, and camper. He was rugged and never complained. In California he became a proficient surfer in the Pacific Ocean in Santa Cruz. He learned Spanish in Gunn Jr. High and in High School. He was very proficient in that language.

Brad was a very hard worker with a multitude of natural and learned abilities. He was an excellent carpenter and in business he excelled. At one point he owned Cloud Construction and had a small airplane, which he flew. He took me for a ride when I visited him in Billings, Montana.

Tom and I will miss Bradley very much. May he find mercy from his Maker and good grace as well.

His loving brothers,  Thomas M. Billger and  Gordon J. Billger, Jr. (Jay)
