Condolence From: Jennifer Singer
Condolence: Sending love and light to all who knew this amazing human!
Richard truly was a gift to this world. I remember being a stranger to him but when he called to welcome me on board he treated me as he would a dear friend.
He will continue to bless those as he moves to a new life.
Indeed he will be missed, but his soul will live on forever.
Love and blessings,
Jennifer

Condolence: Please accept these heartfelt condolences in your hour of sad loneliness. I will never have the pleasure of meeting "the nicest man in the world" and my heart is saddened. I feel I have an Angel in Heaven to be sure my business stays strong. As Joanne Ward said, "We owe it to him to continue on with his legacy".

Condolence: I was privileged to have had many opportunities to be in Richard's great presence. Though there were lineups of people wanting to meet him, he always made you feel like you were the only one in the room and gave you his full undivided attention.

I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to him about our shared interest in cars. He shared with me his passion for exotic and fast cars. A man after my own heart!
On one occasion, he told me about the relic Porsche that he sold to buy Karen's engagement ring. He laughed when he told me what he had sold it for and what it would have been worth if he had kept it! He was shaking his head but at the time, he needed the money for this very important ring!

I was one of the 26,000 people that Richard called to welcome into Nucerity. One time I got a call twice in 5 minutes as I had enrolled a family member with the same phone number. I can still remember us laughing about the second phone call when he realized he had me on the line again.

Another time when a new team member had not received a call from Richard, I asked him privately, if he could please call them. He went out of his way to make a special call to them on a Sunday and spoke with them for probably 30 minutes. It meant so much to them and to me that he would make the special effort to make everyone feel so special.

I was always trying to snap pictures of Richard as I saw him engaging with others and so present at the conferences, taking notes and listening intently. The look on his face of pure joy or concentration as he engaged with his surroundings was such an example to me of living in the moment.

Truly a great man of integrity and character. I have his "face" standing in the corner of my office from one of the conferences Richard couldn't attend. We posed with "him" in our gowns and suits just so he would feel included. I took one of them home with me and have it standing in the corner of my office. I look at it fondly almost daily and remember the kindness and love I felt streaming from his eyes whenever I had the opportunity to talk with him.

Richard along with Lonnie, and David established the culture that Nucerity is governed by of Love, Respect and Partnership. His "pay it forward" company has changed my life forever and has given me a legacy that I can now leave to my children and grandchildren. I loved Richard and thankyou for sharing him with all of us. I know he will be sadly missed but never forgotten. I look forward to the day when I can look into those loving eyes again.

Condolence:
Richard made over 26,000 personal phone calls to welcome us as business partners! I was one of the last few he must have called because he retired not long after. I will never forget that day he called me. I didn't get to meet him in person, but just from that phone call, I could tell why everyone says, "He is the nicest man in the world!" The legacy this successful businessman left behind - I will carry with me in my heart everyday as I continue to pass on the life changing opportunity I acted on that was made possible by Richard (as well as Lonnie and David). I wanted to meet him in person so badly. Sincerest condolences to his family and friends. Rest In Peace Richard! 💖😇

Condolence From: Karen Koh
Condolence: The only time I have heard Richard talk was on one of the NUCERITY videos. I was deeply touched by his message that said that everyone who joins Nucerity is joining a family. I wish I had met him because it takes a very special person to call 26,000 people in the brief 6 years that Nucerity has been i existence. I am so grateful to him because he is part of leaving a legacy of products that has changed my life and many others that has been helped .
Nucerity is a gift to all of us..young and old.
I will carry on his legacy of creating beautiful lives .
Thank you Richard for the love that you give to all that you touch.
May GOD comfort those that he left behind.Amen

Condolence From: Joanne Ward
Condolence:
Richard touched so many lives across the world .
This world was a better place because he was a person whose kindness love and humility were rare !

Love respect and partnership ! I will always remember him and how kind he was to me as I learned to be brave, to step up on the stage and speak !
His encouragement was a great part of me starting to believe I could ! His smile and kind words will never be forgotten

People will often forget what you said
People will often forget what you did
But they will never forget how you made them feel

That reminds me of Richard
The world was a better place because he was in it
What a legacy he has left

My sincerest sympathies to his family I can only imagine your grief right now .....you must be proud to have a husband father grandfather known to many as
The nicest man in the world

We miss him so much but will never forget him
